What should I bring to my first session?

To ensure your comfort and safety, please bring a personal mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, a small personal towel, and grip socks for stability. If you are attending a Body Sculpt or functional class, athletic shoes (tennis) are also required.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes, we welcome local residents to experience our studio with a trial class for $250 MXN. This is a wonderful way to begin your journey with us before committing to a monthly plan.

Can I book a private session?

Absolutely. We offer private lessons that can be held at our studio or in the comfort of your home or villa anywhere in Los Cabos. These sessions can be individual or for small private groups.

Can I combine different types of classes?

Yes, we believe in a comprehensive approach to wellness. We offer Combined Plans that allow you to mix Equipment Pilates with our other studio activities, such as Barré or Body Sculpt, at a specialized rate.

How long is my plan valid?

Fixed monthly plans are designed for consistent practice within 30 days. If you are using the Virtual Wallet, your balance remains valid for 2 months from your last top-up.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value the time and energy of our entire community. You may reschedule a class once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be considered a completed session.

Where are you located?

You can find our sanctuary at Calle Libertad esq. Cabo San Lucas, Plaza Soleil, Second Floor, Local 7 & 8.

Are plans refundable?

Our plans and wallet balances are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person one time, with a 30-day window for the new student to use the remaining sessions.

What is the Virtual Wallet?

The Virtual Wallet is our most flexible option, designed for those with dynamic schedules or who travel frequently. By making a minimum deposit of $1,900 MXN, you generate credit that is deducted as you attend classes.
